Discover my course

Become psychotherapist in Luxembourg has been both a personal and professional journey for me.
Since I was very young, I've always been fascinated by psychology, by its ability to connect us to each other, to help us understand each other better, but also to understand ourselves better.

I began my psychology studies in the United States, in Atlanta, before returning to Luxembourg in 2016, where I continued my training and certification in various therapeutic approaches:

  • The cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT),
  • L'EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),
  • And the neurotherapy.

Before making therapy my profession, I worked in another field in Luxembourg. However, psychology remained my real passion, and I knew that one day I would make the choice to pursue it fully.

Like everyone else, I have gone through trials, moments of doubt and negative thoughts. These personal experiences have taught me profoundly how essential it is not to face difficulties alone and how asking for help can transform a life.

Today, I consider it a privilege to accompany people from different backgrounds on their journey. Being able to share a part of their story, support them through difficult times, and see them progress towards greater serenity and fulfilment is a source of inspiration and gratitude for me.

To be psychotherapist in Luxembourg is not just my job, it is also my vocation.

Here's a quote I'm particularly fond of:

A caring and personalised therapeutic approach

Each CBT therapy, EFT or neurotherapy My approach is based on active and compassionate listening, without judgement, as well as on analysing the emotional and behavioural patterns that influence your daily life. My goal is always to work with you to find appropriate solutions that will promote lasting well-being in the face of anxiety, stress or burnout.

I support adults and teenagers through individual consultations, which offer a privileged space to express their difficulties and work in depth on issues such as phobia, grief, trauma or addiction. I also welcome children, whether in my office in Esch-Belval or at home, in order to provide them with a safe and familiar environment.

I also receive couples as part of couples counselling, to improve communication, strengthen bonds or overcome relationship conflicts. For greater flexibility, I also offer online sessions via Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp, to make support accessible wherever you are in the Luxembourg.

My areas of expertise

In my practice, I have chosen to specialise in three complementary approaches that enable me to provide effective support for a wide range of difficulties.

The cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a method that aims to identify and transform cognitive distortions, the automatic and often negative thoughts that influence our emotions and behaviour. It helps us to develop new coping strategies and is particularly effective in treating anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders and relationship difficulties.

L'EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a gentle approach that combines the stimulation of energy points on the body by tapping and mindfulness work on the emotions. Studies have shown that it can significantly reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol. This method is beneficial for relieving anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, compulsions and many other emotional blockages.

The neurotherapyFinally, it uses bilateral eye movements to enable emotional and cognitive reprogramming. It encourages the reprocessing of trauma and the release of sometimes deeply-rooted psychological suffering. It is a brief therapy that can, in some cases, produce significant results from the very first session.

These three complementary approaches enable me to tailor each support package to the unique needs of each individual, helping them to regain lasting emotional and psychological balance.
